Email Troubleshooting

Please read below if you have trouble emailing our office.

Even though we use SPF records and DKIM to authenticate our outgoing email, certain email providers (particularly Yahoo and sbcglobal), have overly aggressive filters that sometimes flag our emails as spam. If you have sent us an email and have not received a response, please check your spam folder by doing the following:

  • Log in to your webmail (e.g. go to yahoo.com and click "Mail")
  • Open your Spam folder
  • If you find an email from us, right click on it and click "Not Spam."
    It should get moved back to your inbox.
  • Right click on that message again and click "Add Sender to Contacts."
  • You might have repeat this process numerous times in order for the filter to learn.

If these steps do not improve your ability to receive our emails, you might have to use a different email account to correspond with our office.
